Refund and Returns
Each product purchased from dreambox.am can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the moment of purchase.
To return the product you need:
- Submit the payment receipt
- Present the product in a safe և unused condition with the original harmless packaging

When returning the product, the shipping fee will not be refunded. If the delivery was made free of charge during the promotions on the website, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refundable amount in accordance with the delivery price list presented on the website.
